Brief & objectives
A family-run palazzetto turning into an eleven-room hotel, with the ambition of feeling like the house of a well-travelled Venetian friend rather than a boutique brand.
Every room is different in shape and light; the client wanted that irregularity celebrated, not corrected.

Survey
A room-by-room light study across two seasons set the palette before any material was chosen.

Eleven variations
One design language, eleven calibrations: each room received its own plaster tone, headboard textile and glass fixture.

Reception, bar and breakfast room were compressed into a single generous hall that works from dawn to midnight.
